Personal Background
At the core of my identity, I am a family man, deeply committed to my wife and daughter. Striking a healthy work-life balance is a priority for me, as I believe it's crucial for overall well-being.

The values I hold dear in my personal life seamlessly extend into my professional sphere. Unique Journey to Occupational Therapy
My path to becoming an Occupational Therapist was unconventional. Before my academic pursuits, I was deeply involved in classical ballet, dancing professionally for various companies. This chapter of my life ended due to a shoulder injury, which ultimately steered me in a new direction. Although I am an Australian registered Cecchetti dance teacher, I no longer participate in this field.
Educational Background
I completed my Bachelor of Health Science in Occupational Therapy at Auckland University of Technology in New Zealand in 2013. Moving to Australia opened doors to extensive travel and work in remote regions, experiences that highlighted the need for improved rural services and led to the establishment of RSAL.
Professional Experience
My professional journey has spanned across multiple sectors: rehabilitation, sub-acute care, and disabilities. In each of these areas, the consistent focus has been on working with people, particularly those living with disabilities. The challenge and joy in my career come from how, both as a professional and through RSAL, I can positively impact lives.
Sector-Specific Experience
Traumatic Brain Injuries and Spinal Cord Injuries: My experience includes working with individuals who have sustained these serious injuries, providing essential support and rehabilitation.
Vocational Rehabilitation: I have assisted injured workers, especially from the mining industry, to return to their previous vocational roles.
Aged Care: My work in aged care has focused on pain management and enhancing the quality of life for older adults.
Diverse Clientele
My expertise encompasses a broad age range, from young children aged 5 years to older adults nearing 100 years. This diversity has enriched my understanding and approach to occupational therapy, allowing me to provide tailored and compassionate care to each individual.

Professional Background
Before the inception of RSAL, my professional journey was rooted in entrepreneurship as I successfully managed a mobile hairdressing business in NSW for over seven years. This role ingrained in me the importance of client-centeredness, coordination, administrative efficiency, and, most importantly, client satisfaction.
Current Role and Skills
Currently, as a dedicated stay-at-home mom to our wonderful daughter, I have found a seamless transition in managing the administration of RSAL. This role aligns perfectly with my skill set and current life situation.
Managing RSAL’s Administration
As the administrative manager of RSAL, I am deeply invested in and thoroughly enjoy overseeing the administrative aspects of our organization. My responsibilities include managing bookings, handling billing queries, and being the primary point of contact for our clients.
